Challenge

Project managers are responsible for project leadership, management, planning, and communication. Project managers lead and support consultants involved in deploying and supporting high-end, enterprise content management software across an international customer base.

To prepare for your new role, you will participate in an induction program that includes attending ImageNow software training and shadowing experienced project managers. As part of a rapidly growing company, you will be encouraged to develop professional and technical skills and given opportunities for advancement.

  • Apply Perceptive Software’s methodology during implementations.
  • Make recommendations regarding internal training programs.
  • Successfully manage an ImageNow software implementation project in a variety of different industries and customer environments.
  • Project Managers successfully lead projects by developing and maintaining project plans, managing project scope, budget, and resources, and effectively managing project risks and issues.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Project Managers will have a proven track record of effective and efficient project management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously, and can proactively and energetically lead projects in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, along with strong organizational and presentation abilities are required.
  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated, can adapt to a highly diverse customer base, and possesses an excellent work ethic.
  • A college degree (a technical curriculum is preferred)
  • Technical knowledge and experience working with hardware and software solutions
  • Valid Driver’s license

Knowledge

Priority consideration will be given to resumes that clearly demonstrate candidates’ knowledge and experience in the following:

  • At least 3 years of project management experience
  • Previous software or large consulting firm experience
  • Application software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access), Lotus Notes, MS Visio, MS Project
  • Operating systems: Windows, UNIX (Solaris, HP/UX, AIX, Linux)
  • ERP software: Lawson, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP
  • Sectors: Health Care, Financial Services, Higher Education, Human Resources, or Accounts
  • Payable experience is a plus
  • Other duties as assigned.
