The Wynn Las Vegas offers guests a luxury resort and casino experience on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. At the Wynn Las Vegas, you'll enjoy spacious, plush guest rooms, upscale shops and restaurants, as well as scenic gardens, a man-made mountain, a 3-acre lake with a mesmerizing waterfall, a golf course, atriums and skylights.

  • Book your room at the Wynn Las Vegas through Perceptive Software at the time of registration for a special Inspire rate of $199 per night Sunday, April 10 - Wednesday, April 13.
  • Spouse/guest packages are available for dining and social events for $250/person.
  • FREE 4th attendee registration with 3 attendees from the same company, through conference registration closing on March 31.
  • All cancellations must be received by March 10 for a full refund.  No refunds are given after March 10.

Early Arrival and Extended Stay Rates

  • Inspire guests receive a special rate of $199 per night Sunday, April 10 - Wednesday, April 13.
  • Early arrival and/or extended stay guests receive a rate of $199 per night up to 3 days before and after the conference. You may request assistance planning all aspects of your trip, from flights and hotels to golf outings and extending your stay with Paragon Events.

Travel

Flights

Paragon Events, our conference planners, will be happy to assist you with flight reservations to and from the Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS). We recommend you plan to arrive the afternoon of Sunday, April 10. The conference will conclude at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13. We suggest booking a return flight that departs after 3 p.m.

Ground Transportation

The Wynn Las Vegas is a 15-minute drive from the Las Vegas McCarran International Airport. Paragon Events can also provide information on ground transportation.

If you would like to use Paragon Events for booking transportation, they will send itineraries for your approval before confirming reservations.

Weather

The average temperature in Las Vegas during the month of April is a high of 78 degrees and a low of 51 degrees Fahrenheit, so be sure to pack accordingly.

Remember, meeting rooms can be a little chilly, so be sure to bring a sweater.
