Any prices, quotations and descriptions made or referred to on this Web Site are subject to availability, do not constitute an offer and may be withdrawn or revised at any time prior to Perceptive Software’s express acceptance of your order. Perceptive Software cannot guarantee the availability of training services when you submit your order.
An order submitted by you constitutes an offer by you to Perceptive Software to purchase the services and is subject to Perceptive Software’s subsequent acceptance. Prior to such acceptance, an automatic e-mail confirmation of your order will be generated. Please note that any such automatic acknowledgement does not constitute a formal acceptance of your order. Perceptive Software will subsequently send an email regarding the specific training class requested requesting your confirmation.
Terms of payment are within Perceptive Software's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Perceptive Software, payment must be received by Perceptive Software prior to Perceptive Software's acceptance of an order. Payment for the services will be made by credit card or such other payment method accepted by Perceptive Software. Once you confirm your attendance in the relevant training class, Perceptive Software will charge your payment method. Perceptive Software may invoice and fulfill portions of an order separately. Your order is subject to cancellation by Perceptive Software, at Perceptive Software's sole discretion. Promotional offers and prices are for a limited time. Perceptive Software is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by Perceptive Software and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors. Unless you provide Perceptive Software with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of services, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order.
Perceptive Software may keep records of orders received, acknowledgements, acceptances and other contract records for a reasonable period after acceptance, however you must make sure you print a copy of all such documents and these conditions for your own records.
You represent that information provided by you when placing your order is up-to-date, accurate and sufficient for Perceptive Software to fulfill your order. Unless agreed otherwise or required by applicable law, any warranties provided in relation to services only extend to you on the understanding that you are a user and not a reseller of those services.
Service timeframes or dates specified on the Web Site, in any order acknowledgement, acceptance or elsewhere are subject to change. While Perceptive Software endeavors to meet such timeframes or dates, Perceptive Software does not undertake to deliver services on or by a particular date or dates and shall not be liable to you in respect of delays or failure to do so. In the event a training session is cancelled by Perceptive Software, Perceptive Software will give you the option to reschedule or refund any fees paid upon request.
You may cancel registration for training services without penalty by notifying the Perceptive Software training team at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the course. Cancellation requests must be submitted via e-mail to email@example.com. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellation requests received in less than 10 business days, and you will be assessed the full fee.
Additional terms and conditions may be included at the time services are rendered, and you hereby consent to by governed by any and all of such additional terms.
In addition to any other limitations of liability set forth herein or in those documents and agreements referenced herein, Perceptive Software’s cumulative liability, if any, shall not exceed an amount equal to the service fees paid by you for the applicable services purchased from this Web Site.
