Version Upgrade Services
Version upgrades are major releases containing new features, enhanced functionality and database changes that require special utilities to perform.
Our team:
- Works with you to plan the entire upgrade
- Performs conversion of up to five iScripts, if applicable; additional iScript conversions are available for an additional fee
- Upgrades the server, including all agents
Service Pack Update Services
Updates are service packs available between version releases that include minor enhancements, corrections and, on occasion, new features, which typically do not require special utilities to deploy.
Our team:
- Works with you to plan the entire update
- Updates the server, including all agents
Upgrade/Update Rollback Self-Service Support Option
We evaluate the status of your in-progress upgrade or update and provide rollback service based on a system examination. As part of this service, our team:
- Restores the ImageNow environment to its pre-upgrade status
- Tests the basic functionality of the pre-upgrade environment
- Ensures the integrity of the database
Upgrade/Update Roll-Forward Self-Service Support Option
We evaluate the status of your in-progress upgrade or update and provide roll-forward service based on a system examination. As part of this service, our team:
- Upgrades and configures existing agents and components
- Reviews and analyzes your upgrade log files
- Tests the basic functionality of the upgrade
- Ensures the integrity of the database
Database Conversion Services
Database conversion provides a transition from the embedded ImageNow database to Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle or IBM DB2. Our managed services team works with you to plan and perform the entire conversion.
Platform (Hardware or OS) Migration Services
Our team works with you to plan and perform the migration of your ImageNow server from one operating system to another. We also can partner with you to migrate your application server from one hardware platform to a new server hardware platform.
After-Hours and On-Site Services
Our managed services are delivered remotely and during normal business hours, saving you money. However, upon request, we can perform upgrade, migration or conversion services on-site at your organization, and we also can deliver the services you need outside of normal business hours, including weekends.
