As long-term partners in your success, we go beyond helping you plan and carry out software upgrades. Our team of experts can also assist with platform migrations and database conversions and is available after hours or during non-peak times in order to minimize disruption to your everyday routines.
Service pack update services
Updates are service packs available between supported version releases that include minor enhancements, corrections and new features, which typically do not require special utilities to deploy. Our team works with you to plan, execute, and complete the update while providing initial support as you begin your business process testing.
Legacy version upgrade services
When you are ready to upgrade from a legacy End of Life Version, upgrades allow you to take advantage of new features and enhanced functionality on a supported software version. Our team works with you to plan, execute, and complete the upgrade using special utilities while providing initial support as you begin your business process testing.
Database conversion services
Database Conversions provide a transition from the legacy embedded ImageNow database (c-tree) to Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle. The conversion can also be utilized to transition between Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. Our Upgrade Services Team works with you to plan and perform the conversion process.
Platform (hardware or OS) migration services
During the upgrade/update process, many customers choose to migrate to new hardware to comply with the latest technical specifications. Our team works with you to plan and perform the migration of your Lexmark enterprise software system from one server to another (physical or virtual machine). This service can also include moving between supported platforms.
After-hours and on-site services
Our standard service offerings are delivered remotely and during normal business hours, saving you money. However, upon request, we can perform upgrade/update, migration or conversion services on-site at your organization. Additionally, we can deliver services outside of normal business hours, including weekends.
